Qloss Stable Stallgång constitutes an impregnation for stable floors and has been created primarily for stables and grooming stalls. The product goes deep into the substrate and binds the dust, preventing dust particles from being drawn up out of the substrate and whirling around in the air when, for example, the stable aisle is swept.
In addition to its fantastic dist properties, Qloss Stable Stallgång also extends the life of your stable floor and is to some extent spot-repellent. You will find that the floor will be easier to keep clean and the air quality in the stable will improve.
Qloss Stable Stallgång can be applied to all types of concrete.
Spaces where Qloss Stable Stallgång can be used:
- Aisle ways and grooming stalls.
- Existing, newly-polished or newly-laid concrete floors to give them a protective finish and eliminate dust.
Application is simple. It only takes a couple of hours to dustproof the stables while the horses are out in the field.
Surfaces that to are be coated must be dry at the time of application. Start by sweeping and vacuum cleaning the floor. Next, pressure spray the product over the floor and then sweep it in all directions using a soft-bristle brush, micro mop or something similar. Keep the area well ventilated. The amount of coating required will depend on the substrate.
Just one coat of Qloss Stable Stallgång is sufficient and the drying period is between one and four hours, depending on the temperature and the climate in the stable.
The floors of aisle ways and grooming stalls are subject to a lot of wear and tear from horseshoes and it may therefore be necessary to apply another coat of Qloss Stable Stallgång at a later date. We recommend re-applying a coat about once a year.
